Worship

When we sense God's presence even for a moment, the natural response is to worship Him.  If we don't have that feeling, it's clear that we don’t understand who God is and what He has done.

The best way to find out what worship is to attend a service and see for yourself.

However, even after attending services for a while or even for the rest of our lives, we might get stuck at some point. Questions might rise…, the reason of worship and why we should attend the service.  Those who don't attend, those who continue for a while and those who eventually stop attending might remain confused about the importance of worship.

For those who find themselves in this situation or those who attend and want a deeper understanding, the Book of Revelation, chapters 4 and 5, are a good place to start.  This is the opening sentence of Chapter 11, "Worship" in Simply Christian by N. T. Wright.
