Sometimes I see X'mas.  This is not an accurate representation of Christmas.

The true word is Christmas.  The letter X is the Greek acronym for Christ.

Christmas is a combined word, combining Christ and Mas.  Mass means worship and Christ literally meant "the anointed one".  It became a proper noun for Christ (Messiah).

Christ is not a name. It's a title given to him.  Jesus is the name.  Christ (Messiah) Jesus is the Savior Jesus.  Now, who is Jesus?

He is not a man chosen by God to be a Savior.  This is what makes Christianity unique.  Jesus is the son of God who was born as the son of man.

That God is the only God, who created the heavens and the earth.  That is why it is sometimes called the Lord Christ Jesus.

"Lord" is called "Adonay" and is the only God who created all things.  Christmas is the time to celebrate, thank, remember, and worship the birth of Jesus.  Santa Claus is a supporting character of Christmas.  (Pastor)
