Child Blessing Ceremony

In ancient times, in Judea, on the eighth day after birth, children were taken to the temple in Jerusalem. After that occasion, children were brought to the temple frequently. 

When Jesus was a child, he was taken to the temple in Jerusalem and was blessed by Simeon. He went to Jerusalem when he was 12 years old. (Luke 2:22-51)

　　We should make a good habit of attending church with our children. We are taught to worship the true God in spirit. (John 4:23).

It is the responsibility of parents to bring their children closer to God.  It is fortunate to pray for the future of our children in this way.

    "The child grows strong, full of wisdom, surrounded by the grace of God."
