【聖書の言葉は熟慮せよ】　

「あなたの御言葉は、わたしの道の光、わたしの歩みを照らす灯。」（詩編119：105）

　聖書の言葉は私たちの道しるべです。しかし、聖書の言葉は答えをすぐに与えて

くれるものではありません。熟慮することが必要です。箴言26：4と5を見てください。

箴言26：４には、「愚か者には、その無知にふさわしい答えをするな」。

しかし、26：５では、「愚か者には、その無知にふさわしい答えをせよ。」と真逆です。

どっちなの、と思ってしまいます。実はそれぞれに理由が続いています。

「愚か者には、その無知にふさわしい答えをするな。あなたが彼と似た者とならぬために。」

「愚か者には、その無知にふさわしい答えをせよ。彼が自分を賢者だと思い込まぬために。」

　熟慮の中に答えが見つかるはずです。（牧師）

CONSIDERING THE WORD FROM THE BIBLE “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.” (Psalms 119:105) KJV 　 Word from the Bible is our sign/signal. But this doesn’t mean that it will give you the answer the moment you read it. There should be a careful consideration in doing it. Proverbs 26:4-5 is an example. Proverbs 26:4 says: “Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.” But verse 5 says, “Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit.” The verses in 4 and 5 seems to contradict, but each verse has its own reasoning. By considering, you will find the answer. (Pastor)
